Foundations of Strength

Collective Strength is partnering with ULiftU to offer Foundations of Strength, an ongoing strength training class. Learn to lift or improve your skills in a fun supportive environment. Each week will focus on a different lift: bench press, deadlift, clean, or back squat. All levels and all abilities are welcome! This class is not progressive, meaning you can show up each week and don’t need to take all the classes in sequence. All classes will be taught by Arthur McDaniels. Arthur has been with UliftU since 2017 and was the first graduate of their Coaching program. He has extensive experience making fitness fun and accessible to individuals with all kinds of backgrounds.
